Program

We develop a program to meet the quality requirements and budget of your facility. We survey your buildings from top to bottom, inside and out. We take inventory and note your total maintenance needs.

Training

We train our workers. We teach them not only what to do, but how to do it. Hands-on demonstrations and videos teach proper handling of the latest in materials and equipment.

Equipment

The proper tools enable our people to achieve the required quality level in the most efficient time. Our equipment is checked daily and the proper repairs are made; all cleaning chemicals and materials are re-stocked. This enables our cleaning team to get to work as soon as they arrive on the job.

Supervisor

Scheduled inspections of your facility by on-site or field supervisors ensure the smooth running of the daily operation as well as special project work.

Communication

We set up a communication system with our clients via special phone lines and pagers for same-day response to request. Log books and written reports are also used.

Safety

All our equipment and materials comply with government codes. MSDS/OSHA information is available on all our products. Our bilingual safety manual and emergency procedure card are posted in each janitor’s closet.
